Terms and Conditions
By using the services provided by RegZ AutoBody which include but are not limited to Auto Body Collision Repair, Vehicle Paint Refinish, Color Sand and Buff, Dent Repair you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is due upfront (Unless stated otherwise). The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the final invoice date, which will be provided to the client the day the project is completed.
Acceptable methods of payment include cash, cashiers check, money order, BTC, and electronic payment.
Tax Terms
The client is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes levied on the transaction as described in this estimate. No tax exemptions will be recognized unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.
Estimate and Work Order Terms
By accepting the terms of this estimate or work order, you authorize RegZ AutoBody to perform the services outlined in this document. Any additional work not specified in this estimate or work order will result in extra charges.
Any changes requested by the client regarding quantities, specifications, schedule, or other aspects of the services must be accepted by RegZ AutoBody in writing to be binding. Such changes may incur additional charges, which the client agrees to pay upon requesting and approving them.
Please note that this estimate is not a fixed price guarantee. The estimate provided is based on the project requirements as initially described by the client, and the final cost may vary. The client will be notified of any cost adjustments before the work proceeds.
